This plastic is prone to cracking and is doing so at most mounting holes. Will make the finish set from Lexan.

The trike wings block the air so well my feet get too hot in the warm weather. Added some adjustable vents. These are now the "proof of concept" pieces and if it works well... will make a new pretty set this winter.

Clamped in a vise between smooth wood blocks and heated with a heat gun until it bent along the clamps.
